Search for Unclaimed Money in MN – Part 1 of 2
(Part 1 of 2)
Of the tens of billions of dollars in unclaimed assets across the country, the North Star State is home to more than 300 million dollars. MN is known for freezing cold weather, but the majority of people don't know about the heaps of cold hard cash in the form of Minnesota unclaimed money. The best thing about all of these millions is the fact that they belong to average citizens across the state who only need to find them and claim them.
It's easy shrug off unclaimed money as nonsense because it is difficult for most of us to believe that our neighbors (and ourselves) simply abandoned significant amounts of cash throughout our lives and that it is all just sitting out there under our noses, waiting to be tracked down. A quick phone call to MN's Department of Commerce, or the State Treasury Department in any other state can put your scam concerns to rest. This money can be easily found by those citizens with a little education on the matter.
The reason unclaimed money totals have grown so greatly across the country is because the majority of people don't even know this money exists, and the few that do still haven't been properly trained to search for these assets. There are a number of obstacles that get in the way of beginners who are trying to find their missing money, that are easy to overcome if people know what they are doing.
